David has been the attorney of record on several cases that have gone up on appeal, including one recent published case titled Worthington v. Real Estate Commissioner of the State of California, Case number G045537, where he successfully sued the Commissioner for damages under the Real Estate Recovery Act.

During his off-hours, David plays golfs, runs and spends time with his family, including his beautiful two boys and wife of 15 years.
